The Most Dangerous Game

One great game to play with children at the Natural History Museum is to point to one of the dioramas and ask, "What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?" The answers may surprise you.

What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?
No, actually it's the cape buffalo.

What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?
Yes, it's an elk, but not the one you'd think.

It's lupine, a poisonous woodland flower.
What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?
That lizard on top of the boulder.

What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?
That fox's crippling depression.

What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?
Your own unchallenged assumptions.
What's the most dangerous thing in this scene?
Over-reliance on hydroelectric dams.

Climate change.

Cosmic background radiation.

The baby hippo, who is going to grow up to be a spree killer.

The baby chimpanzee, who is 10x more venomous than the adult.

Unlikely animal friends!

And, of course, otters holding hands. I know this YouTube video has been making the rounds in the U.S. already, but I thought I'd include it for any Chinese readers who hadn't gotten the news. Make sure to watch the whole thing, it really picks up at 1:20.

Thank you to Joanne for this. It's hard to imagine who is buying these. Non-Christians are unlikely to purchase Christmas nativity scenes, and Christians are likely to have a basic level of respect for their Savior.

And since I continue to be a top hit for Jewish dog toys, why not investigate these?
